Take a stroll down Machete Avenue
London’s Machete Avenue was at Wakestock this past weekend where the dark duo performed two sets including an acoustic set at the MySpace stage as seen above. Despite being ‘sick as a dog,’ Machete’s front man, Chad Michael, put on a great show for the crowd of people intimately sitting around the stage.
Chad’s somber voice was beautifully complemented by his acoustic guitar and of course, Scott’s piano playing, which set Machete Avenue apart from most of the performances that took place over the weekend. In addition to playing older tracks including “Cut to Pieces†Machete Avenue gave the crowd a little preview of what’s going to be on their new album.
