That’s the standard up-time guarantee with all web hosts which means up to 3.5 days of downtime for maintenance, upgrades, etc. (365 x 0.99 = 361.35 days of up-time).

We are here to guide you and answer all your questions regarding your domain name, your email accounts, your website or other matters relating to your account. Please open a support ticket if you require further assistance.

Software Warranty

EPKhosting.com does not provide a warranty on the platform or any software integrated into the system. Our service involves marrying themes and plugins into WordPress for a customized band site platform tailored for do it yourself musicians. Some of the software deployed on our servers is open-source and free to the WordPress community. We claim no ownership on any of the software we use and offer only a managed platform to use it.

Cancellation Policy

Members are free to delete their EPK any time they wish, please login to your EPK and go to Tools > Delete Site

Refund Policy

All sales are final, so we encourage you to ask questions before making a purchase or to take advantage of our free epk hosting plan with subdomain.epkhosting.com

Billing Policy

We reserve the right to suspend your account for non-payment and will terminate it after 90 days of non-payment. This does not apply to free accounts.
